ROWZ ("we", "us") provides private group passenger-van transportation in South Florida through rowzrides.com. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

Name, email address, and mobile phone number you provide when you create an account or book.
Trip details: pickup and drop-off addresses, dates, times, and number of riders.
Payment information, which is processed by our payment provider, Stripe. ROWZ does not store full card numbers.
Basic website usage information, such as pages visited.

How we use it

To schedule, confirm, and complete your rides.
To contact you about your booking by email, phone, or SMS (only if you agreed to SMS).
To process payments, refunds, and customer support requests.

SMS messaging and mobile information

If you check the SMS consent box at checkout, ROWZ will send booking-related text messages such as confirmations, ride updates, driver information, pickup notifications, and customer support. Message frequency varies by booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We share phone numbers only with service providers that help us deliver messages and rides (for example, our SMS delivery provider).

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with providers needed to operate ROWZ (payments, mapping, messaging, hosting) or when required by law.

Your choices

You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. To access or delete your information, email admin@rowzrides.com.
