ROWZ Booking Updates. ROWZ sends transactional text messages about rides booked on rowzrides.com: booking confirmations, ride updates, driver information, pickup notifications, and customer support replies. We do not send marketing texts.

How you opt in

You opt in by checking the SMS consent box below the mobile phone field at checkout. Consent is optional and is not a condition of booking. See the opt-in form.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies by booking, typically up to 5 messages per booking.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one final message confirming you are unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or contact admin@rowzrides.com or 1-866-435-7699.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
